Due to an errant side effect of an internal test program, some Customer groups were inadvertently mapped to an internal test community. Between the time of this occurrence on 1/10/22 at 14:45 UTC, and when the change was fully reverted on 1/12/22 at 15:45 UTC , campaigns which referenced groups in scope would have failed to be delivered and some users would have lost visibility of channels and targeted content.
Where there was such impact, Customers will be notified directly to determine what if any additional follow-up actions may be necessary. This service incident will undergo thorough review to insure the proper protections are in place for programatic group changes made due to testing purposes to avoid scope creep to Customer accounts.
