To remain in accordance with industry standards for browser security and privacy, we are implementing a change to our CDN (Content Distribution Network). This change will go into effect on December 6th, 2020.

As a precaution, you should ask your internal technology team that handles network security to review this notice. Most customers should be unaffected by this change. However, if your company regulates webpage traffic using an allowlist/denylist (aka whitelist/blacklist), then the web experience may not work for your users after December 6th.

To avoid any issues, add SocialChorus to your allowed domains. As we will continue to make minor changes to our domains, we ask that you allow all subdomains of our two parent domains:

*.socialchorus.com
*.onfirstup.com

To enable testing for both ourselves and you, our clients, we will temporarily deploy this CDN change this weekend - November 14th-15th. During this test window, we invite you to sign into the web experience to confirm that the page loads. If you see what you normally see, then we anticipate no issues after December 6th.

If anything fails to appear, or the page does not display as expected:

- Take a full screenshot of the page the affected user is viewing
- Copy the URL from the address bar of the page in question
- Take note of which domains (including wildcards and/or subdomains) are already added to your network’s allowlist.
- Then reach out to support@socialchorus.com with your findings.

After this temporary test, the permanent change will occur on December 6th, 2020.

If you have any questions, please contact support@socialchorus.com
