Monitoring - We have deployed a hotfix to address the database performance issue as it relates to the campaign email delivery queue.

All affected services remain fully stable and available. We will be placing these services under monitoring for now.

Identified - We have identified a database performance issue, and are working to address it.

The email delivery pipeline queue was backed up, resulting in campaign email deliveries being delayed. This queue has since caught up, and campaign emails are now being delivered as expected.

Scheduled - In order to provide you with the best service possible, we are planning to perform a Firstup platform maintenance that involves incremental upgrades to the database software to remain on an actively supported version of Postgres.

This is expected to be the third and final maintenance required for this multi-step process and downtime is expected to be up to two hours in duration due to the nature of the maintenace--to avoid the possibility of encountering data integrity problems. The maintenance window itself will be 3 hours to allow for required smoke testing and update verification.

If there are any changes to the timing or expected impact, they will be updated in this maintenance post up to and during the maintenance itself.
